The hotel's location near the train station and tram access to the city center was incredibly convenient. Guests could easily reach the center by foot or by using public transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with ample sockets for electronic devices. The bathrooms were well-maintained and spacious, with nice sanitary facilities.
The receptionist's availability was inconsistent, sometimes leaving guests waiting at the desk.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights on a budget trip. The location was great, with easy access to public transport and nearby tram and Flixbus stops. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the neighborhood had a great selection of Balkan and Turkish cuisine. The hotel itself had spacious, comfortable rooms with high-quality bedding. The shower was impressive, and the lobby was tastefully furnished. Breakfast was decent, and late check-out was a bonus. a fantastic place to stay for budget-conscious travelers or business trips.

Conveniently located, across tram stop #1, 10-15 min to city center. Upgraded to spacious apartment on top floor, providing ample space. Friendly and helpful staff during our pleasant stay. Good breakfast. Reasonable price for the quality offered.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early without any extra charge. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate large bathroom and toilet. Public transportation was easily accessible from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city.
The street outside the hotel was quite noisy, so we had to keep the windows closed to minimize the noise. the air conditioning was good and helped in creating a comfortable atmosphere.

This hotel really surprised us with its value for money. Despite the low prices, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the washrooms were very clean with all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect, conveniently situated near the Main Train Station and well-connected to the rest of the city. The breakfast included was also a nice touch, ensuring we started our day on a good note.
