had a great stay in vienna, allegro wien exceeded expectations with helpful staff, big room, and good transport connections.

Shower was too small.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with ample sockets for electronic devices. The bathrooms were well-maintained and spacious, with nice sanitary facilities.

The receptionist's availability was inconsistent, sometimes leaving guests waiting at the desk.
